SALON POLICY

Reservations
It is recommended that reservations be made at least two weeks in advance or prior to leaving the salon to get the time that is best for you. We reserve reservations with a credit card. There is twenty-four hour cancellation policy. Please notify us in advance of your scheduled time to make changes. We also provide 72 hours conformation call. Please arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment time. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals.

Payment
Salon De Larue accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards. Please note there is a return check fee.

Returns
For all returns an original receipt is required for refunds, and must be returned within 30 days of purchased date and product must be unused. All other returns will receive product exchange only. Also, there will never be a refund For services.

Guarantee
Salon De Larue only guarantees services if recommended at home care is used, if you are ever dissatisfied we require notification 3 to 4 days from the date your service was performed. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Liability
To help make your visit here pleasant at all times we ask that you do not wear anything of value. We are not responsible for lost or damaged articles, items or unforeseen
accidents.
